SH map question

hello.

I`m ploughing through Silent Hunter 2 and loving every minute of it. The PS3 has taken a back seat!

one question. Is it possible to add places to the map in SH2?

I`m pretty convinced first time around there was an option for this. Am I wrong or was I dreaming?

Sussed it. Right click on the map. Anf theres an option for `drop note`. You can then add places.

I live on the coast and during the war there was coastal gun batteries. Naturally I added them
