Default silent hunter 3 & 4 get blackscreen in mainmenu when fullscreen enabeled

Hello captains!

Sorry for bringing this up in a new thread, but I can't seem to find any solution to my problem in any other way or form.

I've been trying to get silent hunter 3 & 4 to work on my computer various success. The game runs fine at windowed mode, but doesn't seem to want to run in full (the intromovie(s) load up just fine but then ends up with blackscreen in the mainmenu, ).
I've been searching the forums high and low in order to solve my problem, but no one seems to have the same problem as me.

What I've tried (without success):
  • Deleted the intro movies
  • Changing resolution
  • GWX
  • Disabeled scaling, compability mode & run as administrator
  • Living silent hunter 3 mod
  • 4 gb mod & widescreen mod
  • Updated graphic drivers

I've tried deleting and reinstalling the game on different harddrives, deleting all files associated to silent hunter in both my documents and the hdd and doing a "fresh" install. I've tired to edit the main.cfg file to different resolutions.

If anyone got any idea what to try next please help me, Im at my wits end as of now
