Real Environment or Dynamic Environment?
What is the trade-off between?

They are both excellent mods. This is one of those "eye of the beholder" situations.
I use Dynamic at this time. I could just as easily switch over to Real Env at any time, they are both just great looking. I use Real ENV when I play SH4. Dynamic Env has quite a few folders to activate at any given temperate zone. So if you are in the north sea, you have a folder or two for that. When you go down south to the Mediterranean sea, you replace a couple of folders and the graphics reflect the area. I would try both if I were wondering, although it might be a tough decision. Trade Off?? I don't think there is one unless one uses less resources or like that. I'm not aware of any real trade offs. Good Luck and Gute Jagd D40

Thank you so much! All these mega mods and whatnot are turning my head backwards! Still trying to choose between Sobers and MMM

I would use sober's list, support for MMM has not been available for quite some time now....
