But it's open bar here, so here's my wish:
color the gas cylinders in blue, like on the picture, but with a very "light" blue :

I have already done this, but abandoned this idea, since many elements in the interior use the same texture.

P.S.
But if you want - I'll try again. I have one non-standard solution...

Sorry. No one has asked for your advice and explanations here. We know about the colors without your prompting.
In this context, we are talking about a global gradation of color, not its shades.
