Sticky request: SH III -> SH 4 Editor Changelog

So far, from what I've gathered, it's:

• New way of laying mine-fields (please elaborate?)
• Locations.cfg has been turned into a mission file so that you can work with it using the editor instead of having to dig through it with Notepad (splendid, Ubi!).
• ...?

For those of us who don't have the game yet, such a list would be really good. Anyone willing to contribute? You don't have to make a full list, but please tell us what's changed.
