Slight tweaks to the fast merchants you should encounter more different classes of fast merchants, and I have slightly reduced the traffic around USA coast.

Okay .... unfortunately, I won't be able to help much with that other than merely reporting when they occur, which for me seems to be when,
a. approaching a convoy (the game attemps to load the convoy at about 25km distance) and b. when under D/C attack (but not always and what seems to be at random times and/or when using the External View, F12).
