Default Periscope bearing not right

Hello, my periscope isn't aligned to the submarine, I seen in keys Camera to bearing but it doesn't do anything.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

In the modern Navy,, they don't use relative bearing to the ship,, it messed me up playing Sub Command ,, what you might be seeing is magnetic compass bearing.

Yes it seems to be magnetic compass, but would that not be inaccurate close to the pole?
