But how can it be so many u boats at shore? for me theres just 2-3 u boats

How did you get the ships so close together? The mission editor won't let me place ships less than 300 meters apart...

I use version two of the ME and script them as 'anchored'.

I think it's a "Type XXIII" boat. They were built late in the war and saw little action, although there is a playable mod for them kicking around somewhere.

Yes, it's most certainly a XXIII. They are modeled in GWX but not playable. They make the ducks look like ocean-going subs.
