Then I have learned it wrong in school-For me Scandinavia is Denmark, Norway and Sweden-While Baltic states consist of Latvia. Estonia and Lithuania

German belongs to Central Europe and Poland to Eastern Europe, same goes for Finland.

We do have a psychological bound with the Baltics.

...you're right as to political definition. My use of it was simply to include all nations with ports on the Baltic waters which would include Norway on the Skagerrack; an outlet strait to the the North Sea.
