Thanks for the support Jan, it's always disheartening when someone points out my educational limitations.

I think wala is a german dialect for some use in magic...why you always here magicians say "wala" after they pull the rabit out of the hat.

I don't really mean to point out "educational limitations", but it drives me crazy when I see something misused, so I get a little snarky sometimes, for which I apologize. The sound is correct, but the term is French, and it's spelled "Voila", which means "See there!"

Wala, the Old High German word for völva, a female wielder of magic.

I would think Wala is a incantation, making it allowable to use like Abracadabra.
Guess I could use Presto or Shazam if wala is concerning.

There's nothing in the forum rules against snarkiness and, flawed as we are, an educational lecture is always welcome!

Personnally I always enjoy it and can't see it otherwise as some friendly fun!

I knew that too!

And in the meantime, the weather cleared up as well! Back to the office!

As I was getting ready to torp this merchant, it exploded. Hit pause to figure it out...P38 robbed me with a direct hit.

Call General Kenney. Ask him to tell his Fifth Air Force boys to please stop helping. I'm sure he'll be glad to cooperate.

Broken...

What I first thought was a graphic anomaly, turned out to be a major oil spill.
Impressive to watch how it actually calmed down the waves...

YES!

31 July 1944 heading home with 3 Mk18 aft and two Mk14 fore.
Fired all three Mk18s, here first shot impact. All hits! Sank in a major explosion.
Fuso Battleship. 34300 tons.

First major warship sunk in TMO 2.0. Have been feeling rather pleased all day!
