Thats really a pity, since the lighted scenes have very nice colors. I guess you put quite some effort in post processing. Including the cool scene in the beginning with the water droplets and the camera shaking: Cinematographic! (is this an English word?)

Cheers!

Note that in my case, the movie was not made to this occasion and it's a real hazard if I'm present in this contest lol. But you right, it's important to motivate due the incredible work means made a movie.

About the darkness I suppose that the jury can watch all movies in real format and quality it is not ?
But for us who must watch only on YouTube it's a real pity.

About the vote, I think also that "Fate Mr Fleck" is born to win and it is already in my video collection.

Some great efforts there people....it is really difficult to pick from the pack.

I've two in mind and will make a decision soon.

It's just a pity that the votes can be seen before the individual casts their preference.

Not in my case at least since the hd version would be several GB big and I dindnt want to upload that. He got a 3 mbit version which means its still highly compressed but at least way better than youtube.

Regarding the effort put into my video: oh well yes, ot was qiute some work, I guess it took me about 50 hours or so ( preparations like nodding amd ideas for for camera movements etc, the dilming itself with some trial and error and of course a lot of postproduction with AE, what imo makes my video the brst looking one at least in daylight)

But its rewarding when you finallY fonish you piece of work and its something Im proud of and Im still learning. Next time I wont use nightshots .

Sry for badwritimg I used my Ipod to write this on the go hehe .

The only SH3 night movie that I did was Sink the Hood and it was a pity.
Forced to increase the brightness in WMM and after it still necessary to increase again the brightness of the monitor to watch something...
Finally this movie is good to delete but it was a good moment and I keep it.

Vagaries of the poll feature unfortunately. If I could have held back the visibility of the results I would have. Still no-one but me will know the results for the other categories until I post them.

Mr. Fleck
Great twist. Then again, I have seen your work before and expect nothing less than a good twist with some perfection thrown in for good measure In fact, I'm going to watch it again.

Hehe, nice to hear this . In case you attach importance to quality you may want to get the downloadable version before you watch it again since youtube quality is a bit blurry:

http://files.filefront.com/Fate+MrFl.../fileinfo.html
(110 MB, encoded with divx, viewable with VLC etc.)

Bye,
Mr. Fleck

Thats really not much. I think the problem is, that the poll is not linked on the main page. Maybe TarJak could ask Neal to do this. E.g. put the existing link on top of the page with the addition "Votes now open" or the like.

Regards
Mr. Fleck

I've asked Neal to load up an announcement. There is a link on the Subsim home page as well but the announce in the forum should see some activity. Either that or people just don't care.

You directors made a really good job. It's some work to do to present these beautiful and breathtaking movies. I watched them all twice! Thanks a lot to all of you for your effort to entertain us.

My vote goes to Fate by Mr. Fleck - as it is simply brilliant and outstanding.
Storyline, camera, special effects, lighting, cut, sound - beyond all bounds.
You exceeded the possibilities of the game itself!
