Whatever is the correct class name, those sturdy ships saw an extensive Atlantic service from the initial stages of the war, being employed in a variety of roles, from coastal guard to convoy protection. They were some of the most effective US ASW vessels too.

I am surprised that no one has modelled them before, though the lack of detailed plans with hull lines might be part of the answer.

Today, by pure chance, I came across very good plans of Duane, a ship of the Treasury class:

if anyone adds USCG units, they'll also have to create a new country so they fly the appropriate flag

(I'm not actually sure if USCG vessels flew the CG ensign instead of the US flag back then, but it would be cool to see regardless)
