wolf_howl15 Issues installation of "Wolves of steel"

Hi folks,

I have an issue at the installation of the Mega Mod Pack Wolves of steel.
I tried to install the mod but during installtion, the exe crashes.
I haven`t seen such an issue in the Forum.
My Compurter runs on Win 10 but that couldn`t be the problem of the installation crashes.
Maybe someone of you had the same problem and can help me.

Extract everything to your main Silent Hunter 5 folder (overwrite and replace) and continue from step 2 of install instructions. Install contained DirectX as well...

Still, I don't understand why you couldn't run self extracting archive... Joys of almighty "I'll do it for you" Widows 10?

Hi Vecko
Up until v2.0.3 which was temporarily blocked for 3 hours by AVG, previous updates since you changed to the installer I always got a warning which meant I had to select 'run anyway' and then change C: to D: as my next step.
The desktop shortcuts are a good idea and helpful for those with little computer knowledge.

Might be your VIRUS Scanner...

W10 Defender won't let me open the TWoS.exe without me disabling it.

Tries to block it telling me its harmful to my PC
