Default Stunning model of the Akagi wreck

Stumbled over this, had to share it, flat out fascinating details and I love the idea of having a wreckage-model in a fish tank!

Last I heard they never even found the actual wreck yet. So does this mean somebody discovered it or is this just what they think the wreck looks like?

Not yet found no, but she lies somewhere here: 30° 30′ 0″ N, 178° 40′ 0″ W
She was scuttled/sunk by 3 Japanese destroyers at that location.
Theoretically, if someone would look for her, she should be easy to find.

Theoretically...

That is very cool. A little morbid, but I love it.

Vey nice.

The guy mentions several gallons of bubble bath in his description....is that some new sort of modeling technique or maybe something semi-antibacterial so he doesn't have to install a water filter system?

Nice find! Hopefully one day (preferably before I die) they'll find most of the other famous warships sunk during WW2.
