Mental gymnastics, hah! I was “Thinking out loud”.

It will eventually pass and it did. Because in the end it was the Republican Senators who finally did change their minds by round filing their version of the bill and it’s amendments. In support of the lower house version.

“No change in the text”. Well, it’s still my opinion thats potentially one of the biggest pork barrels in recorded history. I thought the idea of congress proposing this bill was an excellent and worthy idea. I am glad it passed. But damn, 400 billion more on top of what’s already been appropriated. That move should win some kind of ‘Pig Book’ award or something. But I guess if that’s what we the people wanted, that’s what we will the people get.

Not if the mega rich and corporations had to pay a fair share, you know, the tax rate you and I have to pay.

How in hell do the rich and corporations have anything to with the current 30.5 Trillion of debt our representatives in congress placed on U.S.? The rich don’t get rich by doing that, corporations don’t stay in business by doing that, no business does, you, me nobody can survive that way. Try it and see how fast you lose your house and possessions.

Our congressional representatives have placed a tax debt of $242,000.00 on each citizen of this country. And you blame the rich?

Do you know what deficit spending is? That’s what congress does, they spend money they don’t have by borrowing it instead of relying solely on taxes. Our taxes can barely pay off the interest on that 30.5 trillion dollars of borrowed money.

My congressionally imposed tax debt identifies as belonging to one of Biden's illegal aliens instead of me.

Why did the Speaker of the House from California travel to Taiwan? I’m thinking it is to win the popularity contest in her state, pandering for votes.

https://www.kpbs.org/news/2021/08/13...ew-census-data

Quote:
California's Asian population grew by 25% in the past decade, making it the fastest-growing ethnic group in the nation's most populous state, according to new data from the U.S. Census Bureau released Thursday.

California's white population plummeted by 24% between 2010 and 2020, confirming California is one of three states — along with New Mexico and Hawaii — where whites are not the largest ethnic group.

Hispanics surpassed whites as California's largest ethnic group in 2014. The Census data show California's Hispanic population grew by 11% to 15.5 million people, making up just shy of 40% of the state's nearly 40 million residents.

But it was the Asian population that had the biggest percentage gain over the past decade. California now has more than 6 million people of Asian descent — more than the total population of most other states.

Of course Nancy P’s trip to Taiwan also makes for a good distraction from Papa Pelosi’s arrest for Driving Under the Influence case.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't corporations pay a flat 21% on net earnings? God only charges me 10%.

Why is it I can't help thinking if it had been Trump he would be praised for sticking it to PRC instead of being wished shot down.

And I stand corrected on corporate tax.

C'mon now we both know that Trump would have been excoriated by the same people that are now defending Pelosi.

I didn't WISH she would be shot down. I hoped she would.
I'd not waste a WISH on that perfect example of privileged scum.

Just check on what's up in Cali about crap and see the criminal activity.
