Can you still install this game?

I have the steam version installed with the Wolves of Steel modpack and i have had it like that for a few years now.
But with the recent Ubisoft changes i was wondering if i uninstall it for whatever reason can it still be installed correctly? Or do i have to have it installed until the end of time, hehe.

Hehe yeah, i have been silently playing these years. I'm guessing i must have registered to download the SH5 wolves of steel modpack.
