Default Changed helm response for 688/SW

I cut the "All" out from the Helm response for the 688i and SW so that instead of "All ahead 1/3" it now states "Ahead 1/3" and so on for most of the helm speed response (with the exception being the 'Flank' and 'Emergency back' which still retain the 'all')

Its really a minor point, but something that been bothering for a while because from what I've been told the "all" is a misnomer in the stock game and in RL they just say "Ahead standard" instead of "All ahead standard". If anyone's interested in the new files, let me know. It will take SCSoundEdit to install them.

lb

ps) Unless I'm mistakened totally and the 'all' is actually the right way.

I was taught to always use 'all', even on boats with only one screw.
But, that was a long time ago and things may have changed since then

(not to say we didn't get sloppy, sometimes...)

Don't a signifcant number of ships with only one screw have more than one engine? Hense the "All". :hmm:
