If I make good progress in the work I restarted on the Total Surface warfare MOD, I might then do this (I've converted a LOT of ships to be playable). ... trouble is, it's about 18 hours of work to do it properly (with working damage model end subsystems)..... so if you are patient you might see it released as part of that mod. Take a look at the ATO Mods sub forum to find more info on the TSW mod.
