I've finished the first mission and docked at Kiel, saved and shut my system down but when I came to play this morning I get CTD every time I try to load the saved game, I can start a new one no problem MOD list is below

TWOS 1.04
TWOS patch 1
nVidia missing lights
TWOS 16x9 Resolution fix

This is my last chance with this rubbish I've spent days trying to get this game to work and understand all the MODS needed to make it a decent play, If this can't be fixed I will not be starting again, will uninstall and never buy ubisoft again.

TWOS patch 1
Replace this with the current patch 3

The saved game you are trying to load is a > Autosave Enter Base?
Is that correct?

You have probable screwed your installation by adding mods that you shouldn't, like this one for example... http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=221534

Thanks for the replies, the save isn't an auto save, I saved game in the pen before i shut down for the night.
I only have the mods stated above the others I unistalled after i found out they were in twos mod.

Sure, but did you reinstall your game after you removed unwanted mods or you have just continued your campaign ?
SH gamesaves are enormously complex and changing game files while in the campaign can almost always lead to CTD.. When you adding/removing mods (especially complex as NewUis) almost always campaign restart in needed or oven full game reinstallation.

I see... So you can't load your manually created bunker save in Kiel. What about your last auto enter base save?
What was the date when you docked at Kiel?

When I saved I overwritten the autosave and deleted all other saves

What about date?

If you decide to give another try to SH5 and TWoS make sure to actually check FAQ and Tips post in order to understand how modded SH5 actually works and to save your self from frustration like this one.

nah I'm done with it but thanks for your help. Unless there is anyone out there playing multiplayer wouldn't mind ago at that.
