Reason behind them is-I like to drive my trucks in American Truck Simulator and in European Truck Simulator 2.
And my eyes could deceive me-but the trailer I use in ats seems longer than the one I use in ets2.

When it comes to light on my truck I'm going to use the full light(beam light) when I drive on the freeway during night time

I know that max speed for 3 axel truck is 55 mph.

Well here in the United States. If a truck has fog lights or custom mounted lights that can be adjusted to hit your mirrors from behind. It is for the purpose of getting you out of the f@#$ out of the way.So a faster truck can get by. These are owner operators, their trucks aren't governed to a specific speed limit and so when you are rolling down the highway trying to pass another company truck looking for a downhill edge these guys will roll up and Blind both of you until you get out damn way. And after 8 hours thru the night dealing with those *******s your eyeballs will feel like there hanging down on your cheeks and as the sun comes up your looking for the next rest area you can park the truck.That's night driving in the U.S.A. They call us Nightcrawlers .

Lord no, I'm mostly retired.

Side note: though I love the effect and stir the "Freedom Convoy" caused, I don't agree with blocking highways. If they want to jam up the streets around city hall or a sports venue for effect, that's ok.

DETROIT — Sometime next year, semis with no human in the cab will start carrying freight down Interstate 45 between Dallas and Houston.

The trucks will run on an autonomous driving system called the Aurora Driver, developed by Pittsburgh-based Aurora Innovation. The company is now making about 50 trips per week with human safety drivers on board.

The prospect of a driverless semi is scary to many, but not to CEO Chris Urmson, who helped to build Google's autonomous vehicle unit. Urmson, 46, co-founded Aurora in 2017.

Q: Teslas on either Autopilot or “Full Self-Driving” using only cameras have crashed into emergency vehicles, motorcycles and other things. Why should we trust you folks when this keeps happening with other vehicles?

A: They aren’t really self-driving vehicles. They’re kind of being branded in a way that maybe is a little bit misleading. We’ve believed for a long time that using a combination of laser, radar, cameras — inventing our own even more capable long-range lidar (Light Detection and Ranging) — that increases the robustness of the system. The likelihood that you miss something becomes vanishingly small. You had to think about how the different sensors might fail and how you can use different sensors to complement the weaknesses and augment the strengths of one another so that you can actually be robust in challenging situations.
