I have the latest NVidia driver and now windows 10 1709. The infamous black screen is now resolved. This is with NVidia 387.92. Nice to have it all working now.

yep, no need to use old NVIDIA drivers! Nvidia 387.92 Works great. Thanks for reporting this. By the way: The Windows 10 fall creators update also fixed a driver problem on my Samsung Network Color Laser printer.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I have putting it together.
For full immersion it needs to be played at 100% or you can cheat a little bit by changing the game play settings to activate the external camera.
