Thanks in advance.

On the left hand side of the screen, right above the depth indicator, there is a round radio button next to a triangle. Click on that.

This seems to be a bug with larger resolutions. I think SH5 is trying to hide the TAI button by moving it offscreen. The problem is that the developers didn't think anyone will ever play their game with resolutions big enough to show the button.

Thank you!
Everything worked out.

hello everyone, do you use TAI map for real navigation? You can mark the position of your ubot there?

I don't want to hijack the topic, I have another question. I have TWOS and real navigation. When I make 3 measurements with the hydrophone, then I change my position to take the 4th bearing. Then I ask the navigator for a position, it is he who shows that I am far from the predicted place. Shall I personally calculate my position from where I requested the first bearing?

Sorry but i have big problem with real navigation....

I am standing still, from the external camera I can see the land 50 m from me. When I ask for my position, the navigator shows me that I am 1000 m from land. Then I ask for the position relative to the stars again and the navigator now shows me 5000 m from land. What is it about? It's an error? because it's not real navigation.

I'm standing still all the time and he shows me the spread within a radius of 10 km.

Please help, I want to start playing properly: hmmm:

Well, there was no way for the script to take proximity of land into account so the way it works is it takes your real exact position and then returns a point within certain radius (to simulate the fact that your navigator is not 100% accurate). When close to land this sometimes results in funny situations like navigator telling you that you are currently sailing through the forest visible on horizon.

On the other hand if you can see land it's pretty easy to fix your exact position yourself, just find two landmarks that you can identify on map and note their bearings, then draw lines from them on opposite bearings and see where the lines will meet.

but on the high seas, when I already have 3 bearings and want to make 4 after moving, I ask the navigator for the location and he must be wrong and I can't determine the position of the victim because the lines do not match.

Would you be kind enough to give me a link on how to track a target with a hydrophone from RN.

sorry, i'm using a translator. I'm from Poland guys

Hello everyone and thank you for your help.
