Yes especially the Wolfpack AddOn mod is specifically for singleplayer.

Yes it has its own SH4 installation included so you will have a seperate folder. Just have to make sure tu use MultiSH4 so you dont mess your other savegames up.

I think the other answear already answears this, working SH4 is included.
