688(I) realism patch.....

I recently came across my copy of 688(I) a friend of mine gave it to me while I was still enlisted(he was a sonarman).....I was checking online and discovered that there was a realism patch which I would love....and I found a link to it on this site.......but the link is broke...it goes to some college's homepage...??

lol...any of you guys think you cn help point me where to find it?

if you can't do that I have another question....why won't my sub actually launch an excersize mine during the training mission with the minefield...the tube empties when I fire but then nothing...it will fire a real one fine....but not an excersize..and the real ones don't count for scoring.....
