Default 688(I) Paint Scheme & TA questions

All,

As I mentioned in a previous post, I'm building a late 688(I) half-model for a client. However, my plans are somewhat dated so I want to be sure that I'm on the right track.

In the link below, is this the current "at sea" paint scheme?

Also, is the TA towpipe on the starboard stern plane? It's on the port plane on my plan which seems odd to me since the TA is stowed on the starbord side.

Thanks Again!

LA class have two TAs IIRC. One on each side, TA18 and 23? I'm not certain on the numbers.

I always mess that up. If starboard is the right side if sitting on the conning tower? Thats were it is.

Starboard is the right-hand side of the boat if you're facing forward.

Forward being the standard direction of the ship, or the direction from the stern to the stem, parrallel to the center line and the keel.
