Destroyer Command

Hello there, i would like to ask if anybody has any scenarios and the ships about Coronel or the Falklands/ Emden in WW1 or Atlantis/Thor/Penguin raiders in WW2 or any raider scenarios either within Kriegstanz or the mission generator for Destroyer Command, i am struggling to get ships to be available in the game for making my own missions as i cannot understand properly what to do.
I have changed things like the weather within the files and put new ships/missions in the files but thats about my limit of knowledge, the other day i fought Dogger bank with the Sealords WW1 mod and to see the 4 Battlecruisers in a line with overcast sky looked pretty good also the race for Brest mission with the Bismarck with attacking swordfish and it seems a shame new missions are so scarce.
On a slightly different tack i also have been playing Fighting steel with Thunder at sea and i am enjoying this game as well, i play SH2/SH3 as well when i get time, i am interested in Naval WW1/WW2 my Grandfather was RN WW1 and my late Father and Uncles were RN in WW2, my Dad joined the navy in 1938 and was at Dunkirk and was on Atlantic Convoys on Escorts and even later was on Submarines so he was on the depth charge station on Destroyers and in the forward torpedo room on a Submarine.
Oh i nearly forgot is there any way to have some static figures on the bridge and gun in SH2 in external view.

I have heard of a mod by Sergbuto about raiders with the Stier in it
do you know anything about it?
