About Plan Z:
Battleship H class - made
Battlecruiser - made
Heavy cruiser P type - made
CV Zeppelin - made
Light cruiser M type - not made
destroyer type 1936C - not made
Light cruiser SP type - not made
destroyer Type 42 - not made

So not made 2 light cruiser and 2 destroyer only. All other was made yet.
