It's a great book, but as it was printed about 60 years ago, it is somewhat outdated. There has been a lot of new research and information that has come available about US sub operations in WW2 in the past decade, that wasn't available to the author back then. Still, if you can pick up a used copy for a decent price, it's worth it.
