I'd love to go, but money is awfully tight, and I know about three words of German. If there's ever another Subsim meet in New England, I might be able to swing by for a day, if I can beg a ride off someone.

Really sorry, Jim

I don't expect anyone to drop everything and show up where I will be. I was never planning to come to Europe again, tired of travelling myself (and I hate cramped flying conditions) but this project changed my outlook. There was no long range plan.

Organizing a meeting is always hard and hit and miss. A lot of factors -budgets, travel distance, holidays, jobs, etc-- mean that there never is a date that all can attend.

Heck, the previous European Meet (Denmark) clashed with my 25th Wedding anniversary so nothing new there then

Sooner rather than later mate.....sooner rather than later.

Perhaps we should explore a joint venture to Salt Lake some time
