The death rate has slowed since Raptor1 took over, so he is doing a good job. I fear a new leader would let Briggygreen out and I don't think that would be good. I vote Raptor1 for leader and abstain from lynch vote.

Right, and those very same British are the ones who sent us down here in a submarine rigged to sink straight out of dry dock...

*decides against brigging Tarrasque in order to save himself*

I shall Abstain from the lynch vote, though I might well die. Perhaps then the rest of the crew would see that Jimbuna is nothing more than a power-hungry madman that cares nothing for killing a human on purpose.

Oh how so very potentially magnanimous of you.

"power-hungry madman" you say?

Pah! I have never accused you of being non human.....but looking at 10 users votes (shouldn't there be 11?).... 60% in favour of abstaining....your lack of leadership qualities now aids those who would harm us and has probably painted the best picture to date on who resides on which side.

We now witness yet another ineffectual/wasted day.

Haven't accused me? What was that about scales on my back?

Besides, if you claim you never accused me, that is even worse, for you vote for knowingly killing a human.

If the rest of the crew didn't like my leadership, they would have chosen another leader already.

"Perhaps that's because those of us who aren't positive of the identity of those amongst us who are less than human aren't willing to just randomly kill lest we become less than human ourselves"

*Oberon sits alone in the gym, sharpening the knife with a sharpener he found in the galley.*

Oberon: I'm not getting involved in this powerplay, but if they come for me....

That was quite a good one in a rhetorical sense I thought.

The problem you and certain members of your crew must face now is the fact that it is now quite clear who's colours are pinned to which masts.

Now those who would harm you have less detective work to carry out.

Now what realy really annoys me is the fact that some of them bad boys might use this little spat to move even stealthier now.

SITTING BACK WITH YOUR FINGER UP YER AR$E WILL ONLY END UP WITH YOU GETTING SH!TTY FINGERNAILS....AND PICKED OFF ONE BY ONE.

So come on Napolean....your move.

Answer me this:

Night 6
Lights Off

Jimbuna and Raptor1 are still arguing as the lights finally go off.
Before long it comes to blows. No one could tell who lashed out first.
TarJak ran over to the fight and helped Jimbuna wrestle Raptor1 to the floor.
Jimbuna declares him self the new leader with support from Nokia.

Raptor1 is tied up whilst his fate is decided...

UPDATE:
After some thought Jimbuna decides to throw Raptor1 in the brig with baggygreen.

*Jimbuna looks at the 9 survivors gathered before him*

"What you have just witnessed was something that I felt was necessary for the greater good of us all. To demonstrate and prove I am human and not devoid of compassion, I have demonstrated what I have posted and not killed Raptor1. There are now 2 less to consider.

6 abstentions yesterday in my view was a totally unacceptable state of affairs....you will never make an omelette without cracking an egg.

You are all still free to vote as you feel inclined but be advised...I am confiscating those sheepskins so many of you are hiding under and will be watching how votes are cast with the deepest interest.

It is probable that not voting will only bring attention to yourself and resentment from others who see an innocent or two fall as a result.

This ship is a man of war gentlemen. If you were expecting to live like sheep you should have signed up for the Arc.

I am more than happy to accept PM's, but get off this cursed boat we will....and without any monsters....SPECTEMUR AGENDO"

*Oberon climbs inside the rescue sub, and shuts and locks the hatch.*

"Dammit, it's not safe out there. I never thought Jim would go so power mad..."

*He frantically starts trying to sort the wires out in the little box which he found earlier*

*Jimbuna walks toward the rescue sub and notices that the hatch has been locked, contrary to standing orders....he returns to the room with the others in*

"I'm off to the cabin Raptor1 was using to check if there is any incriminating evedence I might be able to find. I could be a little while so feel free to speculate and decide what flock your most comfortable with. I will be deeply interested in the developments of the next few hours"

<I'm off now for a jar or two with Kratos and the boys>

"OK. Now we are getting somewhere!"

*TarJak hols up a test tube and refers to his laptop once mor to be certain of the results.*

"I think I've deveolped a test that I discovered using complex chemical reactions to discover if someone's DNA is tainted. The only problem is that it takes at least 8 hours in complete darkness for the chemicals to react in the appropriate manner and there is only equipment to test one sample at a time. This is why firstly it's taken so long to discover it and secondly why we can only test one person per night."

"This tube holds the chemical evidence from samples of Silverraptor and I now have a second sample which proves one of us us human. For that persons safety I will not reveal their name just yet."

"Excellent news TarJak! This is probably the best new all week. This I'll have to celebrate!"

*Takes his flask from his pocket and pours some Vat 69 in the coffee.*

"Now we just have to start eliminating suspects."

I don't understand the science entirely, but I do know that the 'bug juice test' was a bogus test based on superstition and nonesense, who was it that suggested it again? Based on someone's grandfather's ramblings wasn't it? Before everyone gets too excited about this new miracle break through, can we have another scientist verify the results? How does this test work? If the sample weighs the same as a duck, then...?
