[REL] BH mod for Dark Waters

This is a pre-release, test version, Beta whatever want to call it for a mod am working on for OM Dark Waters U Boat campaign for SH 4.

Some changes for OM Dark Waters included in this release:

Darker Nights to enable realistic night time operations., including
ability to conduct realistic/historically accurate night surface attacks, including from inside convoy. See README for details.

Wolfpack operations with AI subs against historic convoys such as HX-79 and SC-7 in campaign.

Changes to player and enemy visual sensors.

Sound enhancements
