Help with OH2 and Twos

Pardon my ignorance, but can I run TWOS and OH2 together? Is it worth it? and if so how do I go about loading them together? I already have TWOS running just fine.

OH2 is included in TWoS, so no need to run both, in fact if you add OH2 on top of TWoS it will mess up your game (as old OH2 files would overwrite more recent TWoS ones).
