Command Aces of the Deep on Vista 64

Good morning komrades.
I've read through all the threads I could find here and still lack the help I'm looking for, I think.

I have a laptop with Vista 64.
I have the Command Aces of the Deep for Windows 95 cd.

I've tried compatibility wizard and manual compatibility. No luck.
I'm receive the message read error for the setup.exe.

I understand from the threads AOD will run on Dosbox.
I also understand (also from the threads) CAOD will not.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
