After a while...
After playing submarine sims 10 years ago i was disappointed about the abysmal crappy programming of SH3 and SH4
 and i was amazed to see the problems have been solved now.I play SH3 GWX Gold and SH 4 TMO 2.5 and i am fully happy with it.Thxs a lot to the makers of these mods.As with SH5 i will stick to the rule that i wont buy this game until a supermod comes out and fix the problems.I also play Dangerous Waters but SH 4 is my favorite.I really like it.So greetings to all and be happy.

As for your shying away from 5 until there is a supermod - there are lots of mods already that totally change (improve) the game. The excellent modders have done the very hard work, all you need to do is download and install them individually instead of just one big mod. Read the read-mes and the relevant threads and you should be just fine. And for the sake of $5 for the game and some time, what have you got to lose?

welcome to subsim herr kaluen. there is no official uber mod for SH5 but there is an uber mod list that you really should give a go before completely ruling it out. i will refrain from commenting on SH3 though
