Great clos/immediate family day in, the first in a while my son in particular has been home.

Today we entertain other family members (brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins etc.) so no doubt my beer and spirits stocks will take a bit of a bashing.

Was at the local ASDA earlier and was quite surprised to see most of the veg (mountains of it) being offered for free.

Probably has to be eaten in the next 24/48 hours. Veg costs more than choc bars and if the NHS and govenment want us more healthy put the cost up on choc and lower the cost on veg its not rocket science you know.

Just back from seeing my mother-in-law lying at rest. This will be the final visit due to the fact she died on the 17th and changes in colour atc. are starting to appear.

I lost my last Aunt a few weeks ago and was unable to attend the funeral but I did pay my respect in a small way lighting a candle.

1/2 a mile at most.

She's currently got her mom out for a coffee then a hot stone massage to try and rid her of the stressful situation she is facing atm.

Off out later for a nice long walk and back on the diet its the only way to keep the flab at bay. Just have time for a cup of coffee before hitting the streets full of loose pavement stones large cracks dog poo pot holes and the new year's jackson pollocks every where. Better slip on my bio hazzard gear.
