Does anyone recommend any SH-5 stable mod soup? ... Thank you all

You could do Sober's Bonus Mod, but you need the disk version of the game. The best bet is most likely TWoS mod. Both of those sets have their own included add-in mods, and I wouldn't stray too far from the source, else you end up with soup of the wrong kind...
