Default Introduction

Hello all,

I'm Joey, 34 years old from the Netherlands. I just bought the game Silent Hunter 5, and saw several youtube videos from members of this forum.
So I'm glad I joined.
I would like to download some nice Mods from here, and make the game the best it can get.

Hope people can help me out here with what mods to download, and how to make the game more realistic than it already is.

Welcome aboard! I play SH3 mostly, so I am not really qualified to help with SH5 mods, but I am sure someone who is will post shortly.

Welcome Aboard!

I only play SH3 now though I do have SH2, SH4, & SH5. For me personally, SH3 is the best of the lot.

Thanks for the warm welcome.

I figured out how i got the TWoS mod working. Wow this game and this mod is really great. Trying to work out the real navigation now. But as a did a pilot study in real life, i'm pretty familiair with navigation. We had to fly and calculate our course and bearings aswell. So I think it will come in handy.

I really like to play this game as real as it gets. So dont want to use TC and no pausing the game. It gives me some more time to calculate the routes, but also gives me Some more pressure in the battles.

@THEBERBSTER Thanks! Those links will be pretty usefull!
