Randomized Weather on Loaded Saves

No, I don't know about the saving.


Maybe you happened to save at a point as the weather was changing, or just before (meaning this is more or less a fluke).

Honestly, I don't know what to do about weather that 'sticks' or changes too much. Not sure there is anything we can do about it.
