Newbie to SH4

Hello,
I bought SH4 for Christmas today (by the way Merry Christmas to all of you!) from Steam (would've bought CD version but its way too rare in my country) and I want to know how can I prepare this version.
Questions:
1. How can I move the game folder from the basic Steam installation one to a folder directly out of Program Files on C Drive?
2. I'm planning to use FOTRS, is there anything I should do before installing it?

If there is anything that I should also know, feel free to inform me in the replies.

Note: I know about the SH4 not starting problem.
