This video clip popped up in the YT 'suggestions' on the right side of the screen as I was looking for something else and it brought back a lot of memories; the strip club interiors were filmed at a club called The Aladdin (and the opening bit where they ride up to the door was the actual exterior of the club) where I spent many, many nights and not a few days attempting to reach a condition of flammability via alcohol consumption; I even had my own reserved spot at the far end of the bar away from the door and was friends with the owner, staff, and a lot of the girls who danced there; I remember when they shot the video since it was a closed set and none of us regulars were allowed in, even though the owner tried to get us in; those who were particularly put out by the film shoot were the club's dancers since the video's powers that be insisted that none of the club's girls be in the video, only the girls they had brought with them (I suspect the girls in the videos were either girlfriends of the band or girls guys connected with the video were trying to pull); its a real shame they didn't use the club's regular dancers; some of them were even better than the girls used in the video...

@ vienna....what was the clip you posted about the Strip Club...it's "Unavailable" in my country. Bummer...that was quite a story and reminds me of similar things here in "The Cross" in Sydney. We get a lot of film crews going through the place shooting music videos, movies, tv mini series, and they treat the place like a giant film set..."screw the locals" attitude. There's about 30+K people live here in 2 square miles ( used to be one of the most densely populated places on the planet ).

They'd take over all the street parking, bus in loads of extras, locals banned from shops, restaurants, etc etc, while they're filming. And the end product was nearly always a load of.....

I grew up in a small town called Wallsend, we called it World's End, and when the coal mines all shut down it was a place to leave.

And we didn't even have a dancehall......
