TeamSpeak 3 would probably be the best option.

I'm really surprised that there isn't a Team Speak 3 IP already in operation for Subsim. If not why not ???

This solution here is pretty simple..........we need to be more aggressive to make this happen......ain't that right Jim......

I think it would be great. However, I don't know anything about Teamspeak, we would need someone to set it up for us.

Default RE TEAMSPEAK3

We have a 25user teamspeak3 Server at Steel Sharks our first room allows anyone in
all the other rooms you have tobe registered
yes we get bored teenagers with nothing better todo than bother in game coms if we are in our lobby guest room
all we do is drop down to bow topedo room & they cant join the members only rooms also channel admins & server admins can boot & ban individuals
also you can have Command Rooms only for admins you can have a file storage allowance ect sreenies below
in link 2 it shows prices upto 100 users $32 per month 250 users $77.50 per month
if you signup for 2 years 50% discount $942 I know its still a lot of money I have been a member of SubSim since 2002 SH2 days
sailing with the WPL under the name of Upholder I for one would contribute toward the cost of this teamspeak server
this place would rock with 250 user teamspeak
teamspeak3 sound quality is a lot better than the teamspeak 2 we had in the past
if any admins here would like to test teamspeak3 pm me & ill send you download links & our teamspeak addy

Wow. I never thought a simple coment would start a new branch of SubSim.

And I think the Atlantic room could acomodate both 3 and 5.
