Have you tried moving around?
It's like the free cam. I did not know this either. I kind of missed this feature. I felt stuck. So cool it is in the game after all.
Thanks Sir Big Jugs!

Ok, lets see. When you are inside the sub (command center/whatever) you press Shift+F2 simultaneously. The view should change a bit. Then, you click anywhere in view (like when you are in free outside view), to "melt the mouse" into the screen. Then you use the arrow keys and you're mouse to move around, should work.

You can do quite a bit of running around with the "Shift+2 camera like a few samples here:

I rarely use this camera but when I do I tear off tops of subs and look through helms-man noses.

Default My First Sub-Sim Post & Screens

Interesting website and simulation...luv those great screen-shots and videos. Being brand new to this site, I thought I'd introduce myself with a few screens of my own.

Hopefully you enjoyed these screens and comment if you wish...Darryl
(Btw...No editing except for resizing, etc)

Great shots, and WELCOME ABOARD! I think unedited shots are the best, myself; they show what can be done without 'embellishing'.

Fascinating stuff, those real reports. Eight weeks at sea, and not a single enemy ship. Of course it was late in the war, but still...

These new boats aren't as good as the older ones? :rotfl:
