Default A question about Time Compression.

I have been told that if you are going beyond 512x TC the enemy radar can't pick you up. And you know that kind of ruins to fun, but not going beyond 512x seriously slows down the gameplay to a point I am not used to.

So, is this really the case? And if so, does higher TC limit the AI in other ways?

Using Onealex mod btw.

Above 256x, aircraft won't attack you. Don't know about radar but the ai doesn't use it anyway; it's purpose is to warn you of it, at least regarding aircraft radar (though why one needs to be warned of something not used in the game.....)
