I think a normal U boat is just a glass of beer and a shot glass vodka.

But if you have meant the cocktail from Das Boot:
Take some lemon juice and mix it with canned milk and your are good to go

I always thought that any SS cocktail was made from distilled diesel mixed with torpedo fuel.... it is possible I could be mistaken.
