Can bad internet connection cause CTD?

recently I got frequent crash to desktop when loading the single mission "the Pedestal" Tried to unload all MODs except the mega mod "the wolves of steel 1.02".But still with no luck. Finaly I turned on the Debugview.exe. Below is what I got when CTD happens, Does that mean the CTD is caused by internet connection instead of the MOD?

Its as sober says with SH5 expect a ctd at some point.

Re-run the same situation and you do not get one again.

Totally unexplainable.
