USS Cavalla - SSN 684
Hi,
here is my newest project for Ilan's Vehicle Simulator Framework. The Sturgeon class submarine USS Cavalla. The exterior is finished. Only on the textures and bump and the specular maps need some work. Unfortunately, I do not know the exact layout of the interior. But I will release this model with an interior (control room with working instruments, sonar room, mess deck and torpedo room). The upper deck with the control room. If someone knows the location of the sonar room, please write. Marko |

nice stuff^^ Have you checked out http://www.navsource.org/archives/08/08668.htm ? Perhaps such and similar archives help you a little concerning the interior layout? |

Hi Hawk,
yes I've searched the whole Sturgeon section for pictures. I found also a great view of the layout. And a nice description from an crewmember of a Sturgeon class boat. At this point, thanks again for the great help! Marko |

Check on Flickr. There is an entire exhibit of a 637-class attack and sonar center.

A first look of the MK 117 Fire Control System. The instruments are only placeholders.
