I'm pretty sure I got it right with the Carryall. Isettas were built all over Europe by various companies but I don't any production on another continent took place

You're right. The Carryall was a limited production of 11 vehicles assembled in Australia by Bill Buckle's Motors based on modified Goggomobil chassis' imported from the factory in Germany in 1959.

Man that is really grainy is that the best shot you have?

It does make me think of Dr.Who.

Looks like someone got carried away with one of those old Erector sets and gave me a very bad cataract at the same time.

If not ice cream.....is it still some sort of mixer. I have a vintage shake mixer, doesn't look like that, but the mixing heads look almost identical to the green heads in your pic.

Ok, it is a pretty fast vehicle, even though it's not at all aerodynamic, that should take your guesses in the right direction.
