Dude ! I could if you tell me which enviroment mods are in your version of the mod. Without a doubt low fps is caused because of the clouds that are generated like fog, just like in other supermods.

there is no FPS problem c is your config if not you deactivate Stiebler I do not have this kind of problem I7 860 .. 16 go ram .. ssd .. nvidia gtx 1080 ... (old Bécanne)
laptops are not recommended unless you have a gamer or one with a config that holds the road ... Alex can not please everyone so buy another config or adjust your machine he is tired of leveling down...
