UBI pulling access to SH5 DLC and decommissioning the game

What I'd like to know is... WTF DLC, exactly...

cause, as far as I know of... there never WAS any DLC's (DownLoadable Content) for SH5.


SH5, was in its entirety, just the base game components, alone... that's it.


Unless... they're confusing that crap game saves sync mumbo jumbo, with being DLC material... BUT... even that's a major stretch, at worst.

I think there was a "gold edition" of the game that added a few extra ships. Perhaps that is what they are talking about.

On that, I bought the 3-n-1 SH pack, off Steam... in which it was SH3, SH4 (Silent Hunter IV: Wolves of the Pacific v1.3/1.4(?) & Silent Hunter IV: Wolves of the Pacific: Uboat Missions v1.5, as well as SH5 (of which, even paying for all 4, rather than 3, as the pack implicated... downloading 5, came from Ubi & was that 'Gold Edition'... ) Yep, just checked & it is indeed... 'Gold Edition' SH5... Steam, is NO mention of it being 'Gold Edition' nor any mention of the fact if shunting you off to Ubi... to download the game.


Guess Steam, decided to go the cheap route, in storage... *shrug* which figures...
