Came across this site while looking for info on a site in NZ that will be up for sale. Kinda blew me away at how little it was worth I was thinking 6 figures but according to Statscrop is worth - $38,000 USD. Anyway Statscrop is a top site to check out. And yes I was curious and did type in subsim.com as well
